Did a weights sesh in the shed last night.
Squat: 90 3x5, Bench: 75 3x5, Dead: 125 1x5
That's a bodyweight bench press right there people!
Also, the DL is equal to my previous PR, and the squat is 2.5kg under my previous PR.
