Europe trip

Well a week from now I'm off to Europe for 3 months.
This means I'll be doing hotelroom workouts supplemented with occasional skills training.
This is a good experiment for me, as I've pretty much just been doing free weights based workouts thus far, and am not happy with my "strength endurance". I think that having a bodyweight based workout will really help in this area.

I'm working out a bodyweight routine based on exercises from the book "Underground Guide To Warrior Fitness" by Ross Enamait. This is one of his sample workouts:
30 pushups
30 V ups
50 squats
30 close pushups
30 knee hugs
50 squats
30 hands out pushups
30 V ups
50 squats
30 hands in pushups
30 knee hugs
50 squats

I think I might reduce it down a bit, as theres no way I can do all that in one session and still be able to walk around doing tourist stuff all day.
Maybe start off with something like this:
20 divebomber pushups
20 V ups
40 squats
30 close pushups
30 chinnies (knee to opposite elbow lying on back)
40 squats

I aim to do this around 4 times a week. I'll add exercises and reps as I get stronger.

I may also throw in some handstands and handstand pushups, pullups when there's a bar available, and sideways leg swings.

I'll post some pics of any parkour or training related stuff from my trip.
